We are delighted to announce that we have recently joined forced with AlmaPact , another provider of Income Share Agreements (ISAs). This move will combine our expertise in the ISA industry with AlmaPact’s expertise in capital markets and the education-finance industry to better create the impact we all want. While all ISAs originated by Base will continued to be serviced by Base for the time being, over the coming months we will work to merge our systems with AlmaPact’s to create a single experience for all our students and investors.
